Archive of dances to personal hits

2017

The Personal Hit Dances Archive and the associated installation Personal Hit Dances Archive were created as part of the creative process for the Radio Hit performance. The artist was interested in a specific aspect of hits: how do people dance to them in everyday life? In the archive, the artist therefore tries to collect and present dances to different people's favourite hits. In doing so, she wants to find out how we dance to our favourite songs, to peek into our private dance lives and to present the personal stories behind these dances and songs.
